From Prooflo Dashboard > Go to In Progress > Find project you want
> Go to top right hand corner (Circle with plus sign) > Add New Collaborator
> + New Collaborator > Fill in required fields with collaborators email address
> Click Invite Button
> New Collaborator will be added to the top corner of the proofer
